Campbell River Salmon Foundation
Funds projects promoting the conservation, rehabilitation and enhancement of watersheds for Pacific salmonids between the Oyster River and south of the Salmon River estuary and the adjacent mainland coast.
Columbia Valley Local Conservation Fund
Benefits conservation in the area from Spillimacheen to Canal Flats. Supports projects that reflect local priorities, such as protecting clean water sources, conserving natural areas for people to enjoy and restoring fish and wildlife habitat.
Environment Grants Program
Established by Columbia Basin Trust to fund community-initiated and community-supported projects in the areas of ecosystems, climate, water or environmental education.
Fish and Wildlife Compensation Program
Conserves and enhances fish and wildlife in watersheds in the Coastal, Columbia and Peace Regions that are impacted by construction of BC Hydro dams.
Habitat Conservation Trust Foundation Grants
Funds a variety of conservation work such as projects that restore or enhance native freshwater fish and wildlife populations and habitats.
Kootenay Lake Local Conservation Fund
Funding for projects that benefit conservation in the rural areas around Kootenay Lake. Supports projects that reflect local priorities, such as: protecting clean water sources, conserving natural areas for people to enjoy and restoring fish and wildlife habitat.
Pacific Salmon Commission Endowment Funds
Supports projects that improve information for resource management, rehabilitate and restore marine and freshwater salmon habitats and, enhance wild stock production through low technology techniques.
Patagonia Retail Grants Program
Funds environmental work to protect local habitats and frontline communities through actions that take place near one of Patagonia’s retail stores (Vancouver only). Projects should focus on root causes of problems and commit to long-term change.
PSF Community Salmon Program
Supports volunteer and community-driven organizations that undertakes salmon conservation and restoration projects in British Columbia and the Yukon.
